As a mother of four and a woman who rebuilt her life after two long-term relationships were impacted by addiction, she knows what it means to reclaim yourself from the inside out. Her personal experience, paired with extensive study in ancient wisdom, trauma-informed practices, and the energetics of the heart, have made her work both radically effective and deeply human.

Today, Lisa works internationally as a speaker, writer and teacher, guiding individuals, couples, and teams toward emotional freedom and relational mastery. She’s known for her clear, courageous communication and her ability to hold transformative spaces that awaken courage, coherence, and re-attune people to their authentic, conscious power.

Lisa is a certified a psychedelic-assisted therapist and relationship and communication coach, a qualified teacher and Justice of the Peace.
